Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges are available for defective as well as non-defective merchandise. You have 30 days after receiving the order to apply. Goods must remain new and unused in their original state, accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Changing your mind, a preference issue, or ordering the wrong item are accepted reasons for non-defective returns. We also review damaged, faulty, wrongly supplied, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods. Include your order number, checkout email, and a description of the request. For defects, damage, incorrect products, or missing pieces, send photographs or video of both the goods and their packaging.

Please secure return authorization before mailing goods. A free return label is supplied in the package for postal returns, and no restocking fee is deducted. Exchanges can be fulfilled only where stock is available. After refund approval, we process the payment back to the original method within 10 days.
