Shipping Policy

Physical orders generally need around 1–2 business days of handling before shipment. Once shipped, the anticipated transit period is 3–5 business days. Arrival can vary; these timings are estimates only.

Any free delivery offer must be confirmed on the checkout page. Please review the street address and all contact details, including email and phone, before submitting the order. Shipping availability is subject to product and route limitations.

We generally send tracking notices to the email on the order. Disruptions, holidays, weather, and address review can slow delivery. To request help with a late or lost shipment, delivery scan without a parcel, or transit damage, include the order reference, checkout email, tracking code, full address, and available images. Carrier investigation can take additional time.
